Delivery & Returns Policy

Despatch & Deliveries

  • Pick up is not available at any time
  • All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday
  • All orders within Australia are dispatched via Fastway Couriers and estimated delivery time is between 3 & 5 business days
  • Orders outside of Australia are despatched by a sub-contractor and delivery times may vary. If you require an estimation please email us at info@murphymoto-skate.com.au
  • If you require delivery to a place of work please include the business name, office tower and level.
  • In the event of stock shortages you will be notified of the expected delay.    If this delay is an inconvenience we offer a full refund provided you notify us prior to the unit being dispatched.

Returns Policy

  • We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and we aim to ensure that all products supplied to you arrive in perfect condition.   Our returns policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Laws.
  • If you have received your purchase and you are not 100% satisfied we will happily refund your money provided you advise us by email at info@murphymoto-skate.com.au of your intention to request a refund within 5 working days from the date of delivery.
  • Reimbursement for costs of returning the product will only be given if the product was delivered in error, damaged or defective.

      For a refund

  • The goods must be received in their original condition and undamaged.
  • We would also appreciate it if the product is returned in its original packaging.
  • Once the product has been received, we will arrange for a full refund within 3 – 5 business days.

     For an exchange

  • The goods must be received in their original condition and undamaged.
  • We would also appreciate it if the product is returned in its original packaging.
  • Once the product has been received, we will arrange for a full refund within 10 – 15  business days.

     12 Month Parts Guarantee

  • Murphy Moto-Skate offers a 12 month manufacturers warranty on castor wheels, wheel bearings or bolts that fail as a part of normal wear and tear.
  • If you have a failed component please email us at info@murphymoto-skate.com.au within 12 mths of receiving delivery.
  • Failed components need to be freighted back to us.  Costs will be fully reimbursed once the failed items have been received and analysed and found defective beyond normal wear & tear.
  • If the defective items are not received for analysis within two weeks of the replacement items being received, an invoice for the full cost of the replacements will be forwarded.
